You earn raffle tickets every month when you are active in Pretty Voice and participate more! Every two weeks I'll randomly draw 2 tickets. The winners of the half-month draw get 3 choice PV OR theme cards, and 5 random PV cards, and the winners at the end of the month get 5 choice PV OR theme cards, and 10 random PV cards. Very simple! Since the ticket numbers increase during the month, if you won the half-month draw you can definitely win the month-end draw also ^.^Here is how the October 2009 ticket looks like:
